Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. RESPONSIBILITIES

    As part of the Revenue Operations team, the Campaign Solutions Specialist is the primary contact for our digital sales team as they manage the end-to-end journey of all digital advertising campaigns across ABS-CBN’s properties, providing presales consultative support and mid campaign optimization strategies; through to post campaign analysis and recommendations. 
     
    As a Campaign Solutions Specialist, you are known as being a team player, going above and beyond to deliver outstanding work and service to our sales teams and advertising partners. Being well versed in the basics of ad operations/campaign management, you are someone who takes great pride in what they do, constantly looking at ways to improve systems/processes and stakeholder experience alike.
     
    • Execute campaign operational tasks relating to Campaign Management duties including but not limited to trafficking and monitoring of advertising campaigns
    • Coordinate with advertising partners for the delivery of creative assets, to spec, so as to ensure that campaigns are launched correctly within the given SLAs
    • Provide our commercial teams with presales support, unlocking potential commercial opportunities through their understanding of ABS-CBNs advertising portfolio
    • Communicate regularly with commercial stakeholders, both internally and externally, regarding campaign performance, issues and optimization opportunities
    • Lead the troubleshooting of any campaign related issues which may arise
    • Develop a deep understanding, and become a subject matter expert, of ABS-CBN’s advertising ecosystem and capabilities
    • Coordinate all digital ad operations concerns to other teams such as, but not limited to, Commercial Team, Data team and Marketing team. This includes ad implementation process and updates
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as deemed necessary 
     

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree from college or university
    • Proven understanding and experience in the set-up, delivery and optimization of digital advertising campaigns
    • Experience in media planning across direct placements incorporating display and video executions
    • Demonstrated ability in providing campaign recommendations/insights based on the analysis of historical campaign/network performance
    • Intricate knowledge of digital ad serving systems and the digital ad ecosystem
    • Business acumen and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
    • A self-starter who can take ownership of their tasks
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Must be able to collaborate well within a team environment as well as work independently 
    • Naturally inquisitive with a want to continually learn
