Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively.
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head, Production Services and Administrative is responsible for the management and administration of identified TV Production operations such as On-Cam Artists contracts, remote IJM payroll, MR/PR/Service of program supplies and coordination with AMWD/Procurement for delivery to the programs, accreditation of non-technical suppliers, local awards, revolving fund, SROs and coordination with other support teams.
- Handles all administrative works related to all cost centers /internal orders of TV Production.
- On-Cam Program Contracts, Rates and PPID
- In-charge of Remote IJM Payroll (Pre-Payroll) processing
- Create Materials Requisition/Purchase Requisition for programs in coordination with Logistics/AMWD
- Coordinate and monitor Supplier Accreditation and Contracts database
- Review of billings and process payments of Suppliers/Contractors, ie: Suppliers/Vendors, Trademarks, Service Fees of all Agency Hired Personnel and all related payments.
- Facilitates call for entries for Local Awards in coordination with Corporate Communication department and producers
- Manage Revolving Fund and liquidations for TV Production, IPO Trademarks, approves End-of-Show Clearance (EOSC) of IJMs and DOLE concerns/cascade
- Coordinates safety and security issues, concerns and incidents to CSSD and TV Production, including cascade of related information from CSSD to TV Production
- Coordinates with Logistics (Procurement, FAMS) for supplies, replacement, turnovers, repairs and with Asset Accounting for cellphone post-paid plans and allowances
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably Communication Arts, Mass Communication or other communication courses
- At least 3 years of experience in TV or Film production, administration, finance and planning for non-technical requirements of shows/events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
